Job Description
Join our team in Sunderland as a Windshield Wiper Installation Assistant. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals eager to learn practical automotive skills and provide excellent customer service. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you become proficient in windshield wiper installation and other basic automotive services. You will be a key part of our retail team, assisting customers and ensuring their vehicles are safe and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and perform windshield wiper installations accurately and efficiently under supervision.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their automotive needs.
- Provide clear explanations of services and products to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored.
- Assist with stock management, including receiving, shelving, and organising auto parts.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company procedures during installations and other tasks.
- Support other team members and contribute to a positive store environment.
