Job Description

Capgemini is offering an exciting internship opportunity for a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Intern with a focus on UiPath. This entry-level position is designed for individuals with little to no prior professional experience in RPA. You will gain hands-on experience in a real-world business environment, working alongside experienced professionals to design, develop, and deploy automated solutions. This internship provides comprehensive training and mentorship to help you build a strong foundation in RPA and contribute to impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in training sessions to learn UiPath development best practices and methodologies.
- Assist in the analysis of business processes to identify automation opportunities.
- Support the design and documentation of RPA solutions under senior guidance.
- Develop and configure basic RPA bots using UiPath Studio, following established guidelines.
- Conduct testing and debugging of developed automation solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and feedback.
- Maintain clear and concise documentation for all assigned tasks.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the RPA team.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of programming logic or scripting concepts (any language is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of enthusiasm for learning new technologies.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with process mapping or flowcharting tools.
- Exposure to any database concepts.
- Demonstrated interest in automation, artificial intelligence, or machine learning.
