Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spa Director / Manager to lead our luxurious spa facility at The Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel. This pivotal role requires a visionary leader who can oversee all aspects of spa operations, ensuring an unparalleled guest experience, driving profitability, and maintaining the highest standards of service and wellness. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a dedicated team, developing innovative spa programs, and upholding the hotel’s reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the spa, including treatments, facilities, and retail.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and enhance guest satisfaction.

- Ensure all spa services meet the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and safety.
- Create and promote innovative spa packages, promotions, and wellness programs.
- Control inventory, manage budgets, and optimize cost-efficiency.
- Maintain a high level of guest service, handling inquiries and feedback professionally.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Required Skills
- Proven experience in spa management or a similar leadership role within a luxury hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in spa software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and manage budgets effectively.
- A passion for wellness, health, and beauty.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
