This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with no prior experience in enforcement, as comprehensive training will be provided. You will learn the intricacies of debt recovery, legal processes, and effective communication, all while working to support the justice system. This role requires individuals with integrity, resilience, and a strong commitment to fairness and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in a structured training program to understand legal frameworks, enforcement procedures, and ethical conduct.
- Accompany experienced Bailiffs on duties to observe and learn practical application of enforcement methods.
- Develop skills in clear and professional communication with debtors and the public in potentially sensitive situations.
- Learn to accurately complete and maintain all required documentation and records.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, legal guidelines, and health and safety regulations.
- Assist in the safe and compliant execution of warrants and court orders.
- Maintain a high level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity at all times.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Strong sense of integrity, honesty, and ethical conduct.
- Resilience and the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and assertiveness.
- A valid UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle (mileage expenses covered).
- Basic IT literacy for record-keeping and administrative tasks.
