Job Description
Great Minds Academy is seeking an inspirational and visionary School Principal / Headmaster to lead our esteemed campus in Leduc, Alberta. This executive leadership role is pivotal in shaping the educational journey for our students and fostering a culture of excellence among our faculty. The successful candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record in educational administration, curriculum development, and community engagement. Key Responsibilities
- Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the school, aligning with the academy's mission and values.
- Oversee all aspects of academic programs, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning across all grades.
- Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty and staff, fostering a professional and collaborative work environment.
- Manage school operations, including budgeting, facilities, and regulatory compliance.
- Cultivate strong relationships with students, parents, staff, and the wider Leduc community.
- Implement and monitor student assessment strategies and academic support programs.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all students.

Required Skills

- Eligibility for principal certification in Alberta (or equivalent).
