Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role requires an individual with extensive experience across both front-end and back-end development, capable of designing, developing, and deploying robust applications. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving key projects, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to our architectural vision. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable full-stack web applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both client-side and server-side components.
- Implement and maintain robust APIs, databases, and server-side logic.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and adhere to best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot and debug production issues across multiple environments.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement solutions.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Strong command of server-side languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, C#/.NET).
- Extensive experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB).
- Demonstrated expertise in API design and development (RESTful, GraphQL).
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
