Job Description

Spotify is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Work From Home: Podcast Listeners & Reviewers. This is a fully remote, entry-level position where no prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive training to all successful candidates. You will be responsible for listening to a variety of podcasts across different genres, evaluating their content, audio quality, and overall listener experience, and providing structured feedback to help improve our platform’s offerings. If you have a keen ear, attention to detail, and a love for audio content, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Listen attentively to a diverse selection of podcasts as assigned.
- Evaluate podcasts based on predetermined criteria including content relevance, audio quality, host engagement, and originality.
- Provide clear, concise, and constructive written feedback and ratings through our internal system.
- Identify potential trends, popular topics, and areas for content improvement.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all podcast content and internal processes.
- Complete listening and review tasks within specified deadlines.
- Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions as required.
