Job Description

We are actively seeking talented and experienced professionals across various disciplines within Engineering, Construction, and Architecture to join our dynamic teams in Guelph, Ontario. Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design and development of various engineering, architectural, or construction projects.
  • Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and assessments as required.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Participate in all phases of project lifecycle from conception to completion.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to project challenges.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in an engineering, architecture, or construction-related role.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, ETABS, Civil 3D, Primavera P6).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated understanding of project management principles.
  • Eligibility for professional licensure in Canada (e.g., P.Eng., Architect, P.L.Eng.) or equivalent international credentials.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a relevant engineering, architecture, or construction discipline.
  • Experience with sustainable design principles and LEED certification processes.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working on projects in the Canadian context.
  • Fluency in multiple languages.
