Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and development of various engineering, architectural, or construction projects.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and assessments as required.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Participate in all phases of project lifecycle from conception to completion.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
- Identify and implement innovative solutions to project challenges.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in an engineering, architecture, or construction-related role.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, ETABS, Civil 3D, Primavera P6).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated understanding of project management principles.
- Eligibility for professional licensure in Canada (e.g., P.Eng., Architect, P.L.Eng.) or equivalent international credentials.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant engineering, architecture, or construction discipline.
- Experience with sustainable design principles and LEED certification processes.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Previous experience working on projects in the Canadian context.
- Fluency in multiple languages.
