Job Description
We are seeking talented and experienced Engineering, Construction, and Architecture professionals to join our dynamic teams across various projects. You will be instrumental in the design, planning, execution, and oversight of significant infrastructure and building projects, contributing your expertise to complex challenges and innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Lead or assist in the design, development, and implementation of engineering, construction, or architectural plans and specifications.
- Conduct site investigations, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for proposed projects.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Prepare technical reports, proposals, and presentations for internal and external review.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
- Utilize industry-standard software and tools for design, modeling, and project management.
- Oversee construction activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive professional experience in engineering, construction, or architecture roles.
- Demonstrated experience with relevant industry software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
- Strong understanding of building codes, construction practices, and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or professional licensure/certification (P.Eng, Architect, PMP) in Canada or an equivalent international designation.
- Experience with large-scale infrastructure or commercial building projects.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is an asset.
- Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) workflows.
- Prior experience working in diverse cultural teams.
