Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telehealth Public Health Advisor to join our team for a critical government contract. This is a 100% remote position focused on supporting public health initiatives through telehealth strategies. The advisor will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and evaluating telehealth programs designed to expand access to public health services, particularly in underserved communities. This role requires a blend of public health expertise, strong analytical skills, and a solid understanding of telehealth technologies and policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive telehealth strategies and operational plans for public health programs.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices, regulatory compliance, and ethical considerations related to telehealth in public health settings.
- Analyze program data to assess effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with government agencies, healthcare providers, and community organizations to ensure successful program implementation and adoption.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and policy recommendations for stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and policies in telehealth and public health.
- Facilitate training and workshops for public health staff on telehealth platforms and protocols.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in public health, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience with telehealth operations, policy, or program management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health (MPH), Health Administration (MHA), or a related discipline.
- Experience working with government contracts or public sector clients.
- Certifications in health information technology or telehealth.
- Knowledge of public health informatics and data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
