Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, load, and unload packages from company vehicles and conveyor belts.
- Scan packages and ensure proper documentation, identifying any discrepancies.
- Safely move packages to designated areas within the facility, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Inspect packages for damage and report any issues to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Operate package handling equipment responsibly after receiving proper training.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding safety, attendance, and conduct.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 lbs, and up to 75 lbs with assistance.
- Capacity to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and climb for extended periods.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Commitment to reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse environment.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, general labor, or similar physically active role is beneficial, but not required.
- Experience with manual material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) is a plus.
