Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and service assigned rooms or areas according to established standards and procedures
  • Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms
  • Replace soiled linen and towels
  • Make beds and ensure proper presentation of rooms
  • Vacuum carpets and mop floors
  • Dust, polish, and wipe down surfaces
  • Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste
  • Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or security concerns to management
  • Handle guest requests promptly and courteously
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies

  • Physical ability to stand, bend, sto and lift for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus, but not required
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
