Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned rooms or areas according to established standards and procedures
- Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms
- Replace soiled linen and towels
- Make beds and ensure proper presentation of rooms
- Vacuum carpets and mop floors
- Dust, polish, and wipe down surfaces
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or security concerns to management
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies
Required Skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and thoroughness
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Physical ability to stand, bend, sto and lift for extended periods
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus, but not required
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
