Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Successfully complete all required training modules and certifications related to machine operation and safety protocols.
- Under direct supervision, learn to set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and procedures, including wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Perform routine quality checks on produced items, identifying and reporting any defects or inconsistencies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, contributing to overall factory efficiency and safety.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments regarding operational status and potential issues.
- Assist experienced operators with various tasks to gain practical knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Participate actively in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
