Job Description
Join our dynamic team at Goodman Fielder as a Casual Production Hand in our Werribee facility. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking for flexible day shift work with the added benefit of penalty rates. We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to assist with various aspects of our food production process. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided to ensure you are confident and competent in your role. This position is ideal for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate basic production machinery under supervision
- Assist with packing and quality control of products
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
- Load and unload materials and products as required
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly
Required Skills
