Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process returned merchandise according to company procedures.
- Verify product condition, completeness, and documentation.
- Accurately record return information in the inventory system.
- Organize and prepare items for restocking, repair, or disposal.
- Maintain a clean and organized returns processing area.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding return status.
- Adhere to all safety and company policies.
Required Skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry.
- Good communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift and move packages (within reasonable limits, e.g., up to 15kg).
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.

- Previous experience in a retail or warehouse environment is a plus, but not essential.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is an advantage.
