Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Printing Finish Hand in our bindery department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the printing industry, as no prior experience is required. We will provide comprehensive training to help you master the skills needed for this vital role. As a Printing Finish Hand, you will be crucial in ensuring the final quality and presentation of our printed products, working with various finishing techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the operation of bindery equipment, including cutting, folding, collating, and stitching machines.
- Perform manual finishing tasks such as hand-folding, inserting, packing, and boxing printed materials.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, ensuring they meet company standards.
- Load and unload materials from machines and transport finished goods.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Learn and adapt to new techniques and equipment as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
