Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and organised Admin Assistant to join our team in Albury on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone looking for a flexible work arrangement, requiring commitment for three days per week. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of our office, providing essential administrative support to our dedicated team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail.
- Provide front desk support, greeting visitors and directing inquiries as needed.
- Support team members with various ad-hoc administrative projects.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
