Job Description

Boardwalk Rental Communities is seeking an enthusiastic Apartment Leasing Consultant to join our vibrant team in Calgary. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct property tours for prospective residents, highlighting key features and benefits of our apartment communities.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
  • Process rental applications, conduct background checks, and prepare lease agreements in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Effectively close new leases and renewals, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, competitor pricing, and community amenities.
  • Foster positive relationships with current residents to encourage renewals and referrals.
  • Assist with community marketing efforts, including social media updates and open house events.
  • Ensure the leasing office and show suites are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire resident lifecycle, from initial inquiry to move-in.

Required Skills
