Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor automated systems and robotic equipment under supervision.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance tasks on machinery as trained.

  • Load, unload, and sort products, ensuring proper placement within the automated system.
  • Identify and report any malfunctions or performance issues with equipment.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and efficiency.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
  • Utilize handheld devices and internal software for inventory tracking and system updates.

Required Skills

  • Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, lift, and carry objects up to 49 pounds regularly.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment (not required, but a plus).
  • Familiarity with safety standards in an industrial setting.
