Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to join our unique legal administrative support team in Guildford. This role involves providing essential administrative support for operations that require precise record-keeping, client liaison, and adherence to strict protocols, particularly concerning court-mandated administrative processes. Due to the nature of our industry, which often involves time-sensitive legal support, this position requires flexibility for shift work, including evenings and weekends on a rotational basis. Full training will be provided to understand the nuances of the UK legal administrative landscape we operate within.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Liaise with clients, legal professionals, and other stakeholders with professionalism and discretion.
- Manage incoming communications (phone, email) and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Prepare and organize legal administrative documents and forms.
- Assist with data entry and database management.
- Ensure strict compliance with all company policies and relevant legal administrative guidelines.
- Support the administrative team with general office duties as required.
- Work a flexible shift pattern, including evenings and weekends, as scheduled.
