Job Description
Are you looking for a physically engaging role that keeps you active and contributes to a vital service? Northern Aqua Logistics Inc. is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Bottled Water Plant Loaders. This is an entry-level position where you will be responsible for the efficient loading and unloading of bottled water products, preparing shipments, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse. Full training will be provided to ensure you are confident and competent in all aspects of the role. Key Responsibilities
- Manually load and unload bottled water cases and large water cooler bottles onto and off trucks, pallets, and conveyor systems.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (training provided).
- Verify product counts against shipping manifests and report discrepancies.
- Organize and stack products in designated warehouse areas.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper packaging.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects repeatedly (up to 50 lbs / 23 kg).
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or loading/unloading role is an asset, but not required.
- Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts (certification not required, training provided).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
