Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Part-time Vegetable Harvesters to join our team in Sale, Victoria. This rural-based role involves the manual harvesting of various fresh vegetables across our farms. You will be an integral part of our day roster, contributing directly to the quality and efficiency of our harvest operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for flexible part-time work in a dynamic outdoor environment. Full training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manually harvest a variety of vegetables according to quality standards and picking guidelines.
  • Operate basic farm equipment safely and efficiently after training (e.g., harvesting aids, crates).
  • Sort and pack harvested produce in the field.
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily harvest targets.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Report any issues with crops, equipment, or safety concerns to supervisors.
  • Assist with other farm duties as required.
