Job Description
Éclat Bridal Boutique is seeking a warm, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Bridal Boutique Fitting Assistant to join our team, primarily for weekend shifts. In this role, you will be crucial in helping brides-to-be through their exciting journey of finding the perfect wedding gown. You will provide exceptional support during fittings, maintain the organization and presentation of our boutique, and ensure every bride feels celebrated and comfortable. Key Responsibilities
- Assist brides and their entourages during fitting appointments, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious experience.
- Help brides try on gowns, clip and pin dresses properly to give a true vision of the fit, and offer styling suggestions.
- Maintain the pristine condition and organization of fitting rooms, ensuring they are ready for each appointment.
- Organize and re-hang gowns on the sales floor and in storage areas, ensuring proper placement and presentation.
- Support the sales team with various tasks, including preparing for appointments and tidying the boutique.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and anticipating needs with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Handle delicate bridal gowns with the utmost care and professionalism.
- Assist with inventory management tasks as needed, including receiving new shipments and tagging items.
