Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and physically capable Catering Van Loader to join our Florence, SC team. This essential role involves accurately and efficiently loading catering vans with a variety of food items, including warmers, coolers, and other supplies, ensuring everything is securely packed for transport. Heavy lifting is a regular requirement of this position. No prior experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training for all new team members. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately read and follow loading instructions for catering orders.
- Safely and efficiently load warmers, coolers, and other catering equipment into vans.
- Verify all items are loaded according to order specifications before dispatch.
- Handle heavy items (up to 50 lbs regularly, occasionally more) using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Organize and consolidate inventory as needed within the loading area.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs repeatedly) throughout a shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
