Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Content Writing & SEO Intern to join our fully remote team. This is a unique opportunity for an aspiring writer or digital marketer to gain practical experience in content creation, search engine optimization (SEO) techniques, and digital strategy. While prior experience is not required, a strong desire to learn, excellent writing skills, and a proactive attitude are essential. You will receive comprehensive training and mentorship, working on real-world projects that contribute directly to our client’s success. This is a paid internship designed to provide a robust learning experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in keyword research to identify new content opportunities and optimize existing content.
- Draft, edit, and proofread engaging blog posts, articles, website copy, and social media content under guidance.
- Learn and apply on-page SEO best practices, including meta descriptions, title tags, and image alt text.
- Conduct competitive analysis and research industry trends.
- Support the content team in organizing and managing content calendars.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas for content strategy.
- Monitor content performance using basic analytics tools and report on findings (training provided).
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Eagerness to learn about SEO and digital content strategy.
- Proficiency with basic internet research and word processing software.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- No prior experience in SEO or content writing is required; full training will be provided.

- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a program in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of blogging or social media platforms.
- A personal blog, portfolio, or examples of creative writing are a plus, but not required.
