Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to Shaw Communications customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Listen attentively to customer inquiries and concerns, empathizing with their situation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to internet, TV, and phone services with the aid of provided resources and training.
- Educate customers on product features, services, and billing inquiries.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and decorum in all customer interactions.
- Participate actively in all training sessions and ongoing development programs.
