Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Cutlery / Silverware Polisher to join our esteemed back-of-house team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring all cutlery and silverware meet our exacting standards of cleanliness and shine, contributing directly to the elegance and sophistication of our dining experience. This position is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic, who understands the importance of presentation in a fine dining environment. Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean, polish, and inspect all cutlery, silverware, and serving utensils to achieve a spotless, brilliant shine.
- Identify and report any damaged or tarnished items for repair or replacement.
- Organise and store polished items meticulously, ensuring easy access for front-of-house staff.
- Maintain a clean and organised polishing station, adhering to all hygiene and safety standards.
- Assist with general back-of-house cleaning duties as required.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
