Job Description
Bradley University’s dynamic Esports Program is seeking a passionate and organized E-Sports Team Management Intern to support the daily operations and strategic development of our collegiate esports teams. This entry-level internship offers an unparalleled opportunity to gain hands-on experience in team coordination, event planning, player relations, and community engagement within a university setting. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a strong interest in esports and a desire to learn the intricacies of team management. Full training and mentorship will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the coordination of practice schedules, scrims, and competitive matches for various esports titles.
- Support team managers in player communication, roster management, and conflict resolution.
- Help organize and execute esports events, tournaments, and viewing parties on campus.
- Contribute to the creation of content for social media and other promotional channels to highlight team achievements.
- Maintain team equipment inventory and assist with basic technical troubleshooting.
- Gather and analyze team performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide administrative support to the Esports Program director and coaching staff.
Required Skills
- Passion for esports and gaming culture.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).

- Familiarity with various esports titles and competitive formats.
- Experience with community management or content creation platforms (e.g., Discord, Twitch, Twitter).
- Basic understanding of livestreaming or event production.
