Job Description
We are seeking skilled and motivated HVAC Technicians to join our dedicated team in Murrieta, California. Key Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and refrigeration units.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
- Inspect and test HVAC systems and components for defects and proper operation.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain issues, repairs, and maintenance plans.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and on time.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Manage truck inventory and ensure tools and equipment are in good working order.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role (minimum 2 years).
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Knowledge of electrical wiring and control systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
Preferred Qualifications
- EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification (or willingness to obtain upon arrival).
- Relevant trade school certification or associate's degree.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience with various HVAC brands and models.
- Customer service experience in a field service role.
