Job Description
Are you passionate about the outdoors and eager to learn the art of landscaping? Northern Territory Landscaping & Design is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level Landscaping Assistant. No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training to help you develop the skills needed to create and maintain beautiful gardens. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of garden beds, including soil amendment and mulching.
- Planting a variety of trees, shrubs, flowers, and groundcovers under supervision.
- Performing general garden maintenance tasks such as weeding, pruning, and watering.
- Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Operating basic landscaping tools and machinery (e.g., mowers, trimmers) after receiving proper training.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work site.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Learning and applying best practices in horticulture and landscape construction.
- Working collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard.
