Job Description
We are seeking highly professional and experienced Limo / Executive Chauffeurs to join our dedicated team in Cardiff. This role demands exceptional driving skills, an unwavering commitment to customer service, and a meticulous eye for detail. You will be responsible for transporting clients safely and comfortably to their destinations, maintaining our luxury vehicles to the highest standards, and embodying the professionalism that Dragon Executive Chauffeur Services is known for. A pristine professional appearance and excellent communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate luxury vehicles safely and punctually, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Provide a superior level of customer service to all clients, ensuring comfort and discretion.
- Maintain vehicles in impeccable condition, performing daily checks and ensuring cleanliness.
- Assist clients with luggage and personal belongings as required.
- Plan routes efficiently, considering traffic, road closures, and client preferences.
- Ensure client confidentiality and privacy at all times.
- Process payment and record journey details accurately.
Required Skills
- Valid UK driving license with no endorsements.
- Excellent knowledge of Cardiff and surrounding areas.
- Proven experience in a professional driving role (e.g., chauffeur, private hire).
- Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Discretion and a strong sense of responsibility.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced driving qualification (e.g., RoSPA, IAM).
- Proficiency in an additional language.
- Experience with luxury vehicle models.
- First Aid certification.
