Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Performance Marketing Director to lead our global marketing initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining and executing comprehensive performance marketing strategies across all major channels, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a robust global performance marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of performance marketers.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid acquisition channels including SEM, SEO, Social, Display, and Affiliate marketing.
- Manage large-scale marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI.
- Leverage data analytics and insights to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and inform future strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and creative teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and competitive landscapes to maintain a cutting-edge approach.
- Establish and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership/director role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful global performance marketing strategies.
- Deep expertise in various paid acquisition channels (SEM, Social, Display, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a marketing team.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Marketing or an MBA.
- Experience working in a fast-paced e-commerce or SaaS environment.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
