Job Description
Are you a dedicated fitness enthusiast with a knack for technology and a passion for helping others? GoodLife Fitness is seeking a Personal Training App Support Agent to join our dynamic remote team. In this 100% remote role, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing exceptional support for our personal training applications. You’ll troubleshoot technical issues, guide users through app features, and help them maximize their fitness experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves fitness, understands the digital landscape, and thrives in a problem-solving environment, all while working from the comfort of their home.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective technical support for the GoodLife Fitness personal training app via chat, email, and phone.
- Guide users through app features, functionality, and workout programs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including login problems, syncing errors, and app performance.
- Document support interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the development team to report bugs and suggest improvements based on user feedback.
- Educate users on best practices for using the app to achieve their fitness goals.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through empathetic and professional communication.
- Stay up-to-date with new app features and fitness industry trends.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with mobile applications and general tech savviness.
- A genuine passion for fitness, health, and wellness.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Customer service experience (minimum 6 months).
- Empathy and patience when assisting users of varying technical proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with personal training principles or fitness program design.
- Experience supporting mobile applications or software.
- Prior experience in a remote customer support role.
- Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
