Job Description
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Primary / Elementary School Teachers to join our vibrant team for the upcoming academic year. This is an exciting opportunity for educators committed to fostering a love of learning in young students. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging curriculum plans in line with district and state standards.
- Deliver high-quality, differentiated instruction to meet the needs of all students.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to enhance student learning and well-being.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and school-wide initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and classroom activities.
Required Skills
- Valid state teaching license/certification (or eligibility for Utah licensure through reciprocity for international candidates).
- Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or related field.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in educational technology and learning platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Education.
- Experience working with diverse student populations.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities.
- Experience with differentiated instruction and inclusive practices.
- Previous teaching experience in a primary or elementary setting (including student teaching).
