Job Description
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Product Manager to join our rapidly expanding team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our product offerings in a dynamic ‘tech startup’ environment within an an established global company. You will be responsible for defining, building, and launching innovative features that solve real customer problems and drive significant business growth. We are looking for someone passionate about leveraging social media insights and technology to create exceptional user experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Define and evangelize product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your assigned product area, aligning with company objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify user needs and market opportunities.
- Translate user needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on strategic impact, technical feasibility, and business value.
- Monitor product performance using data analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback, iterating to optimize results.
- Communicate product updates, successes, and challenges to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to inform product strategy.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably within a SaaS or tech company.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products.
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with social media platforms, analytics, or digital marketing tools.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and design thinking methodologies.
- Experience working in a global or international team environment.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
