Job Description

As a Remote B2B Telemarketer, you will be responsible for connecting with businesses, introducing our services, and generating leads using a provided script. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be given to ensure your success. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the convenience of working from your home office anywhere within New Zealand. You will be a crucial part of our sales team, contributing directly to our growth by initiating conversations and building the initial pipeline for our experienced account managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to businesses using a provided script.
  • Introduce Spark New Zealand's products and services to potential B2B clients.
  • Qualify leads and identify decision-makers within target companies.
  • Schedule follow-up appointments or warm transfers for senior sales representatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in our CRM system.
  • Achieve daily and weekly call targets and lead generation goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to enhance skills.
