Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Remote Food Delivery Support Agent. As a key member of our support team, you will be the first point of contact for diners, drivers, and restaurant partners, resolving inquiries and ensuring a smooth delivery experience. Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient support to diners, drivers, and restaurant partners via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, payments, and account inquiries.
- Accurately document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency.
