Job Description
We are seeking passionate and experienced Remote Life Coaches / Mentors to join our growing network. This 100% remote position allows you to connect with clients across Canada through phone and video sessions, guiding them towards achieving their personal and professional goals. As a mentor, you will empower individuals, foster personal growth, and help them navigate life’s challenges from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions via phone and secure video conferencing.
- Collaborate with clients to define clear, actionable goals and create personalized development plans.
- Provide consistent support, encouragement, and accountability to clients.
- Help clients identify and overcome obstacles hindering their progress.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and progress.
- Adhere to professional coaching ethics and standards.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and team learning opportunities.
Required Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong active listening, empathy, and intuitive abilities.
- Proficiency in using video conferencing platforms and digital scheduling tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional coaching certification (e.g., ICF ACC/PCC, Certified Life Coach).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in life coaching, mentoring, or a related field.
- Experience working with a diverse range of client needs and objectives.
- Background in psychology, counselling, social work, or human resources.
- Familiarity with various coaching methodologies and positive psychology principles.
