Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and physically capable Retaining Wall Block Carrier to join our hardscaping team. This is a demanding role that requires significant physical strength and endurance, primarily involving the manual handling and precise placement of heavy retaining wall blocks and other hardscaping materials. You will work outdoors in various weather conditions, contributing directly to the structural integrity and aesthetic appeal of our client projects. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently carry and move heavy retaining wall blocks, pavers, natural stone, and other landscaping materials across job sites.
- Assist skilled hardscape technicians with the precise placement and leveling of blocks according to project specifications and design plans.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and ensuring proper grading for retaining wall installation.
- Operate hand tools and basic power equipment under supervision, as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage of tools and materials.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure project deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
Required Skills
- Exceptional physical strength and stamina, with the ability to repeatedly lift and carry objects weighing 75+ pounds.
- Ability to work effectively and safely in various outdoor weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications
