Job Description
We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Return Package Openers at our Sidcup facility. This is an easy entry-level warehouse position that requires no prior experience, as full training will be provided. Your primary role will involve carefully opening returned packages, verifying their contents against paperwork, and performing initial quality checks. This role is crucial to our returns process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Carefully open incoming returned packages using appropriate tools.
- Verify the contents of each package against accompanying documentation (e.g., return forms, manifests).
- Identify and report any discrepancies between contents and documentation.
- Perform basic visual quality checks on returned items for obvious damage or missing components.
- Sort items into designated areas for further processing.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and operational procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding issues or concerns.

- Ability to read and understand basic instructions in English.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate packages (up to 15kg) comfortably.
