Job Description

Join BT Group as a Virtual Lead Qualifier and become a vital part of our sales pipeline! This is an exciting opportunity for highly motivated individuals to kickstart a career in telecommunications and sales. Your primary role will be to engage potential customers, ask targeted questions to understand their needs, and qualify their interest before seamlessly transferring them to our expert sales team. No prior experience in lead generation or sales is required, as full, comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home, anywhere in the UK, while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients using provided lists.
  • Engage potential customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Conduct qualifying questions to assess customer needs and interest in BT Group products/services.
  • Accurately document all interactions and customer information in our CRM system.
  • Successfully transfer qualified leads to the appropriate sales specialists.
  • Adhere to communication scripts and company guidelines.
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.
  • Meet daily and weekly targets for lead qualification and transfers.
  • Provide excellent customer service during all interactions.
