Job Description

As a Room Service Attendant, you will be a vital part of our culinary and guest service team, responsible for delivering an outstanding dining experience directly to our guests’ rooms. This role requires attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation. You will handle guest orders, deliver meals and beverages promptly, set up dining experiences in guest rooms, and ensure guest satisfaction at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and accurately process room service orders via phone or computer system.
  • Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Set up trays and trolleys with appropriate food, beverages, condiments, and cutlery.
  • Ensure all delivered items meet quality standards and presentation guidelines.
  • Present bills accurately and process payments.
  • Clear used dishes and equipment from guest rooms and hallways as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the room service pantry and equipment.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
  • Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and front desk teams to ensure seamless service.
