Job Description

SoleCraft Innovations is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shoe Factory Gluing Assistant to join our manufacturing team in Houston. This is an entry-level position, perfect for individuals eager to learn the shoe-making process from the ground up. No prior experience is required as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided. As a Gluing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the production line, ensuring the precise application of adhesives to various shoe components. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare shoe components for the gluing process, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
