Key Responsibilities
- Assist with data migration and validation activities during ERP implementation phases.
- Support the Business Systems team in documenting processes, configurations, and user guides.
- Participate in system testing and quality assurance, identifying and reporting issues.
- Help conduct user training sessions and provide basic support to end-users.
- Research and analyze business requirements, contributing to solution design discussions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Learn and apply project management methodologies relevant to system implementations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our business systems and processes.
Required Skills
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of business processes (e.g., finance, supply chain, HR) is a plus.
- No prior SAP or ERP experience required; full training will be provided.
