Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and physically capable individuals to join our team as Shipping Container Unloaders (Lumpers). This is an entry-level position where you will be responsible for manually unloading freight from shipping containers. We offer daily pay for your hard work and dedication. No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training to ensure your success. Key Responsibilities
- Manually unload a variety of products from shipping containers using safe and efficient techniques.
- Sort, stack, and organize merchandise onto pallets or into designated areas within the warehouse.
- Ensure accurate product counts and report any discrepancies to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all company policies and procedures.
- Operate manual pallet jacks or other basic material handling equipment as needed (training provided).
- Collaborate with team members to maximize unloading efficiency and meet daily targets.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects repeatedly (up to 50 lbs) throughout a shift.
- Strong physical stamina and endurance.

Preferred Qualifications
