Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and process incoming merchandise efficiently.
- Organize and maintain stockroom inventory, ensuring accurate placement and easy retrieval.
- Assist in stocking shelves and displays on the sales floor, ensuring products are well-presented and accessible to guests.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or low stock to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the stockroom and on the sales floor.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks or hand trucks safely and efficiently (training provided).
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive guest experience.
Required Skills
- No prior experience required – full training will be provided.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic retail setting.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of retail operations or inventory management (not required, but a plus).
