Job Description
Are you looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference to customers every day? Tesco is seeking enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our team as a Store Assistant in Swansea. We offer comprehensive training, so no previous experience is required – just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn! This role involves working as part of a vibrant team to ensure our store runs smoothly, our shelves are stocked, and our customers receive the best possible service. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve customers at the checkouts and on the shop floor with a friendly and helpful approach.
- Replenish shelves, ensuring products are displayed correctly and stock levels are maintained.
- Assist customers with inquiries, helping them find products and providing product information.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organisation to ensure a pleasant shopping environment.
- Handle deliveries and ensure stock is processed efficiently and safely.
- Adhere to food safety and health and safety guidelines at all times.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve store goals and provide excellent service.
