Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Supermarket Assistants to join our Lismore team on a casual night roster. In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring our store is well-stocked, clean, and ready for our customers each morning. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are available for night shifts. Full training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary – just a great attitude and willingness to learn!
Key Responsibilities
- Replenishing shelves and ensuring products are correctly displayed and priced.
- Managing stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
- Assisting with inventory checks and stocktake procedures.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including aisles and storage areas.
- Operating essential equipment safely and efficiently.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
- Providing support to team members during night operations.
- Receiving and processing deliveries during night hours.
Required Skills
- Reliability and punctuality for scheduled night shifts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical fitness to lift and move merchandise frequently.
