Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Messaging Support Officers. This casual role offers flexible afternoon shifts, perfect for those balancing studies, family, or other commitments. You will be the first point of contact for our clients’ customers, providing support and resolving inquiries through various digital messaging channels. Full training will be provided to ensure you are equipped with all the tools and knowledge needed to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and social media platforms.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer questions and issues.
- Escalate complex problems to senior support staff when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring data privacy and security.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve service delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
Required Skills
- Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and spelling.
