Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and exercises as prescribed.
- Support individuals with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.
- Offer companionship, emotional support, and engage clients in stimulating activities.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behaviour to the supervisory team.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation.
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols and organizational policies.
- Work collaboratively with clients' families and other healthcare professionals.
